🚫 No On-Site Sales: A gentle reminder that there will be NO on-the-door ticket sales at Animaga 2023. Only those lucky adventurers who managed to snag their passes early will be granted entry, so be sure to keep those tickets safe!

🔍 Safe Purchases & Scam Prevention: In the vibrant online community, beware of shadows! If you’re seeking to purchase a ticket from another party, proceed with caution. Please verify the seller’s credibility by sending their full name to tickets@animaga.com.au. Our team will swiftly confirm whether you’re dealing with a genuine ticket holder.

🚨 Beware of Social Media Scams: We’ve noticed a surge of deceitful activities, with imposters peddling fake tickets, particularly on social media platforms. Remember, robots and scammers are afoot, crafting convincing fake tickets. The authenticity lies in the details – genuine tickets are issued exclusively by Trybooking, marked with the distinctive logo and terms & conditions. If these aren’t visible, it’s a red flag!

📝 Ticket Transfers – Make It Official: If you’ve acquired a ticket second-hand, the final step in this relay is crucial! Ensure your entry by emailing the full ticket details to tickets@animaga.com.au, and we’ll transfer the ticket to your name. This step solidifies your place among the stars at our event!

  • Kids Ticket:
    • Under 7: Absolutely free! We’re delighted to welcome the youngest anime and manga enthusiasts to Animaga 2023.
    • Aged 7-12: Priced at just $25. Perfect for families wanting to introduce the world of anime and manga to the next generation.
      🌟🌟All attendees aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at the event. We strongly advise all attendees under 18 to have adult or parents supervision while attending Animaga🌟🌟
  • Carer Pass: We understand and appreciate the role of carers. With the purchase of a single ticket for an individual requiring assistance, you’ll receive a free Carer Pass. This ensures that both the attendee and theicarer can enjoy Animaga 2023 without any hiccups.
  • VIP Tickets: For those seeking an enhanced experience, our VIP ticket provides not just general access but also additional perks like priority seating, special merchandise, and more. Delve into our VIP section for a comprehensive breakdown of exclusive benefits.

Animaga 2023 Ticket Policy

Venue Restrictions:

Due to venue capacity and other logistical factors, the decision has been made not to offer weekend tickets for this year’s Animaga event. Instead, we’re offering single-day tickets, granting attendees access to a full day of activities and engagements. However, it’s crucial to be aware that the quantity of these single-day tickets is limited. We urge our potential attendees to strategize and purchase early. The last thing we’d want is for a die-hard fan to miss out on the Animaga experience!


REFUNDS

Generally, ticket refunds and downgrades are not within our standard practices unless the reason behind the request is exceptionally compelling. If, for any urgent reason, you feel the need to request a refund or a ticket downgrade, ensure that such a plea is made via our ticket contact page no later than Saturday, 4th November, 2023 by 11:59pm AEST (UTC +10:00). This deadline is firm, and we strongly recommend potential attendees to review ticket types, dates, and other pertinent details meticulously before finalizing their purchase.
